Room facing the busy road is way too noisy!!! Better soundproofing needed for a good night's sleep!!! Parking situation is confusing and challenging. the advertised options hardly seem available!!!

Clean room featuring a big comfortable bed with a fridge and a balcony. Convenient air conditioning made those warm nights bearable.

Lack of parking forces you to hunt for a spot on the street, which can be a hassle. Mornings are noisy as cleaning staff chat loudly and move furniture, disrupting any chance of a leisurely sleep-in. Shower holder was broken, and drainage issues left water all over the bathroom floor.

Great hotel for a group stay! Clean rooms with a balcony and fridge were a plus. We enjoyed visiting Watercity Waterpark and exploring the local bars and restaurants. The location made it easy to get around, and staff were helpful with our questions.

The noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night, so earplugs might be necessary for light sleepers.

The room featured a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the city, allowing for a pleasant place to relax.

Just a great fit for overnight stay in Heraklion (Crete) with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Katerina, who helped us plan our local trips. If you need parking, search along the road nearby.

Booked a Double or Twin Room for 5 nights. The room had great amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a nice balcony. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good, and location was only a 5-min walk from the bus station. Super helpful staff made our stay even better!

We only stayed for one night, but I loved the comfy bed and the handy fridge in our room for snacks. The sunny spot on the terrace was perfect for lounging and catching some rays while sipping coffee.
